I made this cartoon during the lockdown. I was inspired by 'So Sorry' cartoons. In this cartoon I have shown that a majority of countries think that this is a man-made virus from China and WHO was in favour of China and this was done to harm USA's economy. Also, when India gave hydrochloroquin to 100s of countries, Brazil compared it to Sanjeevini Booti. Although Modiji can't be compared to Hanumanji, I have tried to portray my view of this situation.
