Aasanas (done in sequence) and their benefits:-
1. Surya Namaskar
Glowing skin, helps body detox, better digestive system, reduces anxiety.

2. Chakraasana
Opens heart chakra, balances nervous system, energizes the body.

3. Sarvangaasana
Better flow of blood, healthy thyroid gland, weight management, reduces hair fall.

4. Halasan
Calms the brain, stretches shoulder and spine, reduce fat and stress.

5. Bhujangaasan
Strengthens the spine, open heart and lungs, therapeutic for asthma.

6. Mandukasan
Prevents and cures diabetes, improve digestive system, strengthens the back hips knees and ankles.

7. Bhasthrika
Strengthens the lungs, energizes the body.

8. Dand-Baithak
Reduces fat and increases muscle power,  strengthens all muscles.
